Introducing our brand new Make Your Own Chaat Station
CHAAT, which literally means 'licking,' refers to the lip-smacking sweet, tangy & spicy flavors that make this snack so popular. Think Indian nachos! Roti bread is cut in squares and fried crisp,
then topped with a variety of layered ingredients such as potatoes, onions, chick peas, lentils, puffed rice, fresh cilantro, yogurt, mint and tamarind chutneys, all dusted with masala spice. Since there are so many varieties of chaat possible, we decided to provide the most popular ingredients, so you can recreate a favorite chaat recipe or create your own personal snack from the many items at the fresh chaat bar.
